Product Specifications
Side and Rear Windows with Locking System: The side and rear windows of the Hardtop ARB locks are equipped with a mechanical locking system with a keyed D-handle, ensuring the security of your load. This feature guarantees optimal protection against theft attempts.
Front Window of the Hardtop : The front window of the Hardtop is designed to provide maximum rear vision and make it easier to clean the rear glass of your Toyota Hilux's cabin. This feature improves visibility and safety while driving.
Innovative Rear Door: The rear door with a 3D curved design is made of gray tinted tempered safety glass, compliant with EC43R standards. Each door is equipped with an E Mark approved LED brake light, an interior light and Gas Struts gas-fired suitable for temperatures ranging from -20°C to 90°C. In the event of accidental breakage, the rear door glass can be replaced independently of the frame, providing a cost-effective solution.
ARB Unique Mounting System: ARB's laser-cut steel mounting system bolts directly to your Toyota Hilux's existing mounting points Extra Cab, ensuring a solid foundation for the Hardtop. Additional brackets reinforce the rear door and door latches, ensuring a durable and secure installation.
Structure of the Hardtop in ABS: ARB hardtops are made of a special co-extruded ABS plastic, ensuring strength and durability. ABS is a recyclable material, reducing the environmental impact at the end of the product's life.
